Strategic and creative event planner with a passion for celebrating business milestones, whether big or small.
A natural connector who believes great events start with great relationships.
Marissa combines formal event management training from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management with more than a decade of corporate leadership experience.
With a background in HR and operations, she approaches event planning with both creativity and strategy, designing celebrations that help businesses mark milestones, strengthen their brand, and bring people together.
With a background in sales and professional makeup artistry, Laura Lynn has built her career around understanding people and creating memorable experiences. Her studies in color theory and eye for design bring a thoughtful, creative perspective to every event.
At Launch Ladies, she focuses on big-picture vision and relationship building, connecting clients, partners, and ideas to help every event come to life in a meaningful way.
WHY WE STARTED LAUNCH LADIES
Launch Ladies started the way a lot of great ideas do; through conversations, shared interests, and a desire to celebrate our local community. Between the two of us, we’ve spent over two decades working with people, planning events, and helping businesses grow.
We also both love Huntsville and the incredible community being built here. There’s something special about supporting our community and celebrating the people and ideas that make this city thrive.
